  • Total Startupper Challenge is an initiative of Total Petroleum which aims to support good ideas and projects that help address widespread problems affecting communities. It is currently executed in 55 countries.
  • Trainer: Trained finalists of the competition on business development, sales and customer experience.

Daniel has worked for almost a decade as a Global Sales & Marketing Coach/Consultant and Trainer.

He started a struggling sales career and instead of giving up like many do, he accepted this as his life purpose to learn and master the art of sales so he could provide an easy and practical mastering guide to help struggling salespeople, entrepreneurs, businesses and anyone without a sales experience.

As part of top level management of a Ghanaian based Swedish company Tonaton Gh Ltd, Daniel led sales and marketing and was part of the strategic team that led the organisation into break- even and profits.

Daniel has since trained over 200+ organisations and 100,000+ CEOs, business owners, startups, entrepreneurs from over 20+ countries.

My Story: Digital Transformation Strategist

Daniel worked as the Head of Marketing & Digital Strategy & Sales for Tonaton Gh Ltd; an e-commerce and classifieds company, headquartered in Sweden which caused a digital transformation and led the revolution of digital commerce for the over 30 million inhabitants of Ghana, West Africa.

His role ensured the breaking of the market for retail platforms in Ghana which easily birthed acceptance of other big brands like Jumia and allowed Ghanaians easily accept Uber and all forms of trust, pay and receive online.

Daniel has contributed and been involved in the digital growth & transformation strategies of global 500 companies including Coca-Cola & KLM and other global brands like Lenovo and LG.

My Story: Mind Transformation Coach

Daniel suffered high levels imposter syndrome and low confidence growing up. Even after very great global accomplishments, he found himself doubting himself, his potential and his worth. This sunk so deep that he got overly overwhelmed and depressed sometimes even though everyone celebrated him for his achievements.
